ICICLE SHANGHAI - Shop & Restaurant

Riva1920 collaborated with ICICLE, a sustainable fashion brand, on the creation of bespoke furnishings for its retail space, restaurant, and coffee bar in Shanghai, set within a striking location composed of four distinct buildings.

The project includes a flagship store dedicated to the ICICLE clothing brand, alongside a restaurant and a coffee bar furnished almost entirely with Riva1920 pieces, establishing a harmonious dialogue between architecture, design, and material.

Developed as a custom intervention to convey elegance and refinement, the project highlights the use of precious woods such as reforested walnut, reclaimed Venetian briccole, and millennia-old Kauri—materials that embody the shared philosophy of sustainability and authenticity embraced by both brands.
