Elio Fiorucci在描述他为“Tra le Briccole di Venezia”（漫游于威尼斯木桩之间）项目创作的作品时说：在威尼斯，一切都从水中浮现！宫殿、教堂、桥梁，还有 Briccole 木桩……这些“哨兵”，这些停泊与靠岸的标志，以其各异而斑斓的色彩点缀着水路的路径。
因此，从 Briccola 木桩中能够“浮现”出色彩、流动与重生。Briccola 变成了在水中有用的少女的双腿，从泻湖的水面线上浮现而出。从静止的水中浮现，代表着从世界上最美丽的城市之一的深厚文化中走出，代表着威尼斯之光。
