Andrea Castrignano

Andrea Castrignano was born in Milan in 1969. He completed his studies in the United States, where he gained his first professional experiences as an Interior Designer. It was the Anglo-Saxon culture that led him to develop a deep commitment to service quality and an acute attention to the specific needs of each individual client. After returning to Milan, he opened his own studio in 1997 in the beautiful setting of Piazza del Liberty, just a few steps from Piazza Duomo. By combining his professional dedication with a natural inclination for human relationships, he quickly established himself as one of the most respected and sought-after real estate consultants, attracting a select and prestigious clientele. Over time, he developed his own specific professional philosophy, merging real estate brokerage with design and introducing the "turnkey" concept to the Italian residential sector for the first time. Thanks to a team of 11 professionals, he is now able to offer comprehensive support in every phase of property search, selection, purchase, and renovation. He guides clients through the entire design process, including the selection of furnishings, lighting, and accessories. Since October 5, 2011, he has been the star of "Cambio Casa, Cambio Vita!", the docu-reality show aired in prime time on La 5. By 2014, the show had reached its fourth season. Andrea continues to amaze audiences with his ability to transform ordinary apartments into elegant and comfortable living spaces, all while sharing his enthusiasm with clients, workers, and viewers alike.
