Starting Friday, July 26, Casa Italia Paris 2024 opened its doors at Le Pré Catelan, the venue selected by CONI to host Team Italia athletes and their guests during the XXXIII Olympic Games in Paris, which run until August 11, 2024. For the first time in Casa Italia’s history, the public can access and immerse themselves in a dramatic and emotional exhibition titled “Ensemble.” This event represents a comprehensive fusion of art, architecture, and design.
Casa Italia Paris 2024, embracing the “Ensemble” concept, has transformed Le Pré Catelan into a distinctive environment. The building, featuring various rooms filled with light from numerous windows and surrounded by a lush garden, fosters a close interaction between nature, art, architecture, furniture design, and lighting design.
The exhibition route is enhanced by the works of 19 leading Italian contemporary artists and the creations of 32 internationally renowned designers, representing 12 companies that exemplify the excellence of Italian design. Among these, Riva1920, a long-standing partner of Casa Italia, participates with the CURVE bench, designed by Brodie Neill, and the LOG armchair, created by C.R.&S. RIVA1920.
For us at Riva1920, it is a true honor and pleasure to have partnered with Casa Italia for several years, contributing to the furnishing of spaces dedicated to Italian athletes. Through this collaboration, we promote the culture of sport worldwide, fostering brotherhood and unity among nations. This partnership reflects fundamental values for Riva1920, such as inclusiveness, hospitality, and well-being.
