A sofa marked by a balanced play of volumes defining the perimeterstructure; its rigorous nature blends with the linearity ofthe solid wood base.Particular care was given to the choice of finishing materials.Their softness to the touch is a feature of both the non-removablefabric cushions and the armrests in Nabuk leather.This sofa is also available with modular elements and elegantchaise longue ends.Finishing: based on oil/natural wax of plant origin, with pineextracts.

Designer

The Designer  Fabrizio Zappa was born in Mariano Comense (CO) in 1967 in a family of Brianza related to the world of furnishings and painting.
His creations take inspiration  from  emotions  genrated by a painting, a body, a place.
He works as a designer of furnishing items with international furniture companies.
He attends the course  “Vestire la Luce “("Dressing the Light")  in Turin, held by Professor Architect Paolo De Lucchi.
He works as  interior designer for private architectural projects, hotels, shops.
His works have been published in Furniture and Design magazines and are shown at the Exhibition  “100% Design” in London.

Each purchaser that buys a Riva 1920 product will receive as a gift a small plant, upon request, to return the favour to nature that originally produced the wood used for the production of the piece of furniture purchased.
