Based on European data security law (Art.13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679) the User acknowledges that Riva Industria Mobili s.p.a. undertakes to process the User’s personal data in accordance with principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and the protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is informed that:

• CATEGORIES OF DATA: Riva Industria Mobili S.p.a. shall process your personal data, including identifying data, demographic data and contact data.

• SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data in the possession of Riva Industria Mobili S.p.a. is collected directly from the data subject.

• PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING: The legal basis for the processing of your personal data, collected and archived based on the compilation of this form, is your consent and shall have the following purposes:


• DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits of the purposes of processing indicated above, your data may be communicated to partners, consultancy firms, private companies, nominated Data Processors and Controllers. Your data shall not be diffused in any way. Data Processors and Persons authorised to process data are identified in the Privacy Document, which is periodically updated.

• DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRY: the collected data may be communicated to foreign partners of the Controller or to Processors located in third countries, or to other third-party companies, following an appropriate decision by the Board or in the presence of suitable guarantees.

• STORAGE PERIOD: Collected data will be stored for a period of time no longer than the fulfilment of the purposes for which it is processed (“principle of storage limitation”, art.5, GDPR) or in accordance with expiration dates set forth by the law. The obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is periodically checked.

• DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS: The data subject always has the right to ask the Controller for access to his/her personal data, to request its rectification or cancellation, the restriction of processing or the possibility to oppose its processing, to request data portability, to revoke his/her consent for processing, exercising these and other rights granted by the GDPR by way of simple communication to the Controller. The data subject may also make a claim to a Data Protection Authority.

• OBLIGATORY OR DISCRETIONARY NATURE OF CONSENT: We inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk), and the eventual failure to provide said data shall make it impossible to provide the requested service.

• DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you provide shall be the object of processing operations in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and obligation for confidentiality, which guides the Controller’s activities. The data is processed both using digital tools and on paper supports, as well as all other types of suitable supports, in compliance with appropriate security measures pursuant to art. 5 para. 1 lett. F of the GDPR.
